We’re seeking a warm, friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client's patients. This role requires excellent customer service, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office.
Key Responsibilities:

Check patients in and out using our electronic medical system

Prepare and coordinate paper forms or documents as needed

Ensure accuracy when matching digital records with physical paperwork

Ideal candidates:
