Part Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant for a Real Estate Firm

The Part time 8-12 Monday-Friday Office Administrator handles all aspects of running a small business. Daily emails and phone calls are handled promptly. Knowledge of contract language, ability to compose emails and other routine correspondence is required. Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus. Typing 60 wpm minimum with accuracy. 

  • Reliability, honesty, and punctuality
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills (English skills)
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, ability to handle multiple, ongoing projects
  • Strong Internet-based marketing skills including website, Linked-In and Facebook marketing 
  • Ability to interact with clients and customers in a professional manner
  • Prompt response to inquiries and request
  • Basic math skills required 

 

Hours: 8am-12pm Monday-Friday
