Job Description

Madison, MS law firm is seeking to hire a Paralegal for service of process.

  • Prepare pleadings for service by sheriff or private process server in and out of service
  • Monitor all documents sent for service are timely returned
  • Reviewing the service returns
  • Moving files to the next level as determined by the service
