Job Description

Accountant

Qualifications:

  • 4- year accounting degree
  • Minimum of 2 years tax return preparation experience

 Job Duties:  

  • Preparation of Federal and State Individual and Business Income Tax
  • Bookkeeping for a variety of clients; including posting transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing payroll tax deposits and returns and preparing sales tax
  • We are a small firm so periodically there could be some administrative tasks such as answering the phone or assisting clients with signing

 Full-time work week is 40 hours/week January-April 15 and 32 hours/week the remainder of the year.
