Access is used for reports for buying groups so that is a plus but not a qualification

Benefits:
- BCBS major medical company pays 100% of the employees, $7.50 per pay period per person for additional individuals, The deductible is $500 out of pocket per person however the company reimburses $2500 out of pocket per person per year.
- Year end bonuses paid out in March. The year ends in December.

- 2 weeks paid vacation for the 1st year and 3 weeks after 5 years and once there 20 years you get an extra day for each year up to 25th year and you max out at 4 weeks paid vacation.
