Job Description

Accurate invoice entry into the SAP system

Correct vendor
Correct payment amount
Correct payment terms and payment method supplements
Correct accounting information

Provide Accounting with documentation as required
Research past due amounts
Handle inquiries from vendors and corporate entities promptly and efficiently
Investigate shipment and invoice discrepancies for resolution
Review and determine proper Purchase Order
Other duties/responsibilities: Typing, filing, answering phone calls

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of prior related experience
Ability and initiative for problem solving and critical thinking
Basic or higher-level skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excell, and Outlook
