Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Director with proposals, presentations, graphics, etc
  • Assist with social media via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintain conference room calendars and schedule meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Excellent multi-tasking and priority management skills
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:  

  • At least 1-year of experience
