Job Description

Job SummaryThe Office Inventory Manager -companies is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, operations, and inventory functions.  The Office Manager will be involved in the day-to-day operations and be a key influence on the future trajectory of the company. This person will assist the General Manager in driving performance and overall operations to meet the company annual objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lives and models Company VALUES in everything we do.
  • Ensuring that office team members continue to provide excellent customer service and intercept when problems arise.
  • Project management responsibilities as needed to support the annual operating plan.
  • Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes.
  • Responsible for inventory management for all locations. Verifying the warehouse inventory weekly and placing orders for all products.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to control inventory costs.
  • Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
  • Develop advanced level knowledge of the Route Manager software.
  • Hiring, training, and coaching team members.
  • Analyze data, customer feedback, sales, and performance metrics to ensure positive company growth and development.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide usage forecasts

 

MOST IMPORTANT: Project Manager/ data analytics - download, forecast and use Route Manager software to control inventory - MUST be highly proficient in Excel and manipulating data! 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office programs.
  • Advanced skills in Excel a plus.
  • Inventory management and data analytics experience a plus.

Additional Information

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Finger and hand manipulation such as writing or typing for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the building and warehouse.

Work Environment:

  • Most of the work will be performed in an office environment.
  • Inventory responsibilities will require working in the warehouse and dock areas with limited temperature controls.
  • Occasional travel to other locations.
