Job Description

Jackson, MS company is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Digital Advertising Manager to help lead our digital marketing efforts in reaching, educating, motivating and converting customers in the home-buying process. We are a fast-paced collaborative team, working together with our 80+ retail stores and hundreds of retail sales specialists across North America. We have a diverse lineup of innovative manufactured and modular homes, ADUs, park models and cabins. Delivering an excellent customer experience is central to our purpose and this role reflects our rapid investment in reaching customers digitally, all while adding that personal touch every customer deserves in their new home buying journey.

The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead creation and ultimately, sales growth. This role involves managing our paid media strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels. The Digital Advertising Manager collaborates with creative, content, and management teams to develop compelling ad creatives, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEM (Google, Bing), Social (Meta, TikTok), and programmatic channels.
  • Support initiatives across a broad platform of 75+ retail stores representing 5+ brands covering the lower 48 states.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with the company's broader business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), lead quality, and overall marketing performance.
  • Test and optimize ad copy, creatives, and targeting parameters for increased effectiveness.

Analytics and Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website, campaign, and social performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools.
  • Execute A/B testing and performance experiments to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Generate actionable insights from data to refine targeting, messaging, and platform selection.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurement across all digital marketing efforts
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

Research, Insights, and Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform advertising strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in campaign design and media planning, leveraging new tools or platforms.
  • Experiment with emerging ad formats and channels to drive engagement and growth.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or paid media management.
  • Proficiency with digital ad platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and others).
  • Standardized analytics reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in multi-store, multi-market retail organizations a plus!
