Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility and work on complex, high-impact cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on municipal law and annexation cases
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 3–8 years of litigation experience 
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
