This Position is for Clerical Office Support with a company location in Gulfport, MS.
Summary: This position is a special project that will consist of lifting (15lbs), boxing, filing, sorting, scanning, categorizing, possibly shredding, and data entry. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. The length of this assignment depends on when the project has been completed.
Staffing personnel must have the following: High school diploma or GED; 12 months office support experience; Good communication skills; Proficiency operating office equipment (copier, scanner, fax); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Experience in telephone etiquette and routing calls; Other general office support skills, as required; Background check, drug screen, and references are required
