Part-time Evening Call Center Agent

Job Description

A busy, high-volume call center in Jackson is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large number of inbound calls while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Job Requirements

  • Prior Call Center experience preferred
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Excellent customer service

Additional Information

Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm

Must work two (2) Saturdays a month from 8:45am-4:00pm
