This position will be working closely with their Project Managers to help take care of the back end of everything from entering PO's into their system (called Foundation) to communicating with different levels of clients - some being installers that work with the contractors who purchase the furniture to school principals. They'll help coordinate delivery schedules, to transferring a PO into an invoice. In invoicing you'll determine if the purchaser is taxable or if they're a reseller who is not taxable (contractors).
This person will take ownership of their tasks and in doing so, they're responsible for independently managing said tasks - so if something doesn't get done, it's not monitored and isn't known until it becomes a problem - i.e. a delivery wasn't scheduled so contractors are on the job waiting for the product and aren't able to install by the deadline.
