Starting Pay: $16/hr during temp-to-perm – Pay increase once you’re brought on full-time, health, dental & vision coverage on 1^st of month following their start date.   Also eligible for monthly bonus program based off of profitability.

 Shift: 6:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. (Nights are flexible but not a hard requirement).  Actual final schedule may vary, according to RFT QA needs at that time  

• Overtime is available, but not guaranteed
• Education not required but good to have.
• Food Industry experience is helpful; must have LOTSof common sense and pay attention to details.
• Must be effective in working in a team environment and able to easily take instruction.
• Training could take several months; we will provide the training that will help the candidate succeed.
• Production is a fast paced environment so it is imperative that the candidate be willing/able to keep up with the pace.
• In-person interview and a facility tour. Duration is usually approximately 1 hour
• Able to stand and/or walk for entirety of the shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Must have the ability to become an efficient “problem solver” in future after being fully trained
• Disqualifiers: not being able to work the shift hours that are required
• 2-3 professional references to verify work experience, attendance, quality of work, performance, etc.

They will start out for about 6 months or more inside the production area on the operating lines. 

• There are 6-8 operating lines where they will be doing pouch box checks.
• They will be checking:
  1. Weight
  2. Are the pouches leaking?
  3. Writing down counts

Once they are fully trained inside the production area, they will move to the test kitchen where they will work more with the ingredients and making sure the recipes are correct before production begins.
