Staff Accountant

Third-party management company that specializes in the healthcare industry. We provide comprehensive services to our locations, including accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing. Our mission is to help our locations manage their financial operations efficiently and effectively, allowing them to focus on their core business operations.

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple companies
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Review of employment tax returns to insure accuracy
• Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

• An accounting degree is strongly preferred, or an associate's degree with relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate for this position should possess a fundamental knowledge of GAAP, as well as possess the ability to effectively multitask, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Additionally, they should exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Additional Skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with client relations, experience in the healthcare industry, knowledge of industry-specific regulations, and experience with accounting software.
