Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Gluckstadt, MS Warehouse is seeking to hire Machine Operators for the DAY SHIFT: 6:00am-4:30pm and NIGHT SHIFT: 4:00PM- 2:30AM Monday-Thursday. This is a labor-intensive role that requires extensive lifting, movement, and working at elevated heights. This position has the potential to be hired permanently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift, reach truck, and/ or electric pallet jack
  • Be on your feet for approximately 80% of your shift.
  • Pick up 600 to 800 cases per shift, with each case weighing 35 to 38 lbs on average.
  • Transfer 350 to 400 cases per shift, often lifting them twice in the process.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • 80+ hours of machine operating experience required
  • MUST be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week with occasional overtime hours available
  • Steel-toed boots required
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cases repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Comfortable working at heights while handling materials.
  • Must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS- Background Check and 9 Panel Drug Screen
